"Decent products, frustrating communication"
The products themselves were fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. What really annoyed me was the communication. I had to chase them more than once just to get basic updates, and when they did reply, it felt rushed and like they weren’t really answering what I asked. On top of that, the terms seemed to change along the way, which made it even more frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely made the whole order way more stressful than it needed to be

I was in a good mood opening this because everything was packed really nicely. Nothing showed up bent or scratched, which was a relief. The boxes held up way better than I expected, so that was a happy little surprise.
